And Then There Were 28

Hon. Dave Eggen, B. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, New Democratic, Edmonton-Calder

Dear Dave:

The way I figure things, it would be smarter for the newly Independent Honourable Gentleman IV Calgary-Southeast to sit under his old banner of Progressive Conservative. Thus Rick Fraser would join the Honourable Gentleman IV Vermilion-Lloydminster, Dr. Richard Starke, DVM in a two man Progressive Conservative caucus, so giving them the budget for two representatives of the people. Then Rachel may direct Her Majesty's New Democratic caucus to give them "official" recognition & the budget for 4 MLAs. This would clearly serve Rick's plan in his move to be a people person by becoming Independent status. Plus it would keep the United Airlines Conservative Party (UACP) somewhat divided during their leadership race.
