Dear Dave:
Premier Brian Gallant of the province of New Brunswick talks to the citizens of his province on the need to improve literacy levels in citizens of all ages so as to improve their economy with a comprehensive literacy strategy. I'd say this is rather "gallant" of him.
"In order to grow the economy, we need to improve literacy skills to develop a qualified workforce. There is an urgent need to invest in our people through literacy programs. By addressing these issues now, we will have a stronger New Brunswick for children & our communities."
