Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, Retired

Dear Gordon:

Just joining in you retirement is late night talk show host-emeritus David Michael Letterman! 6,028 shows, wow what a remarkable achievement! In the "network battle for the night" Dave was truly the King! More episodes, more Emmys (TM) & more years on the broadcast airwaves (33.25) than any other late night host, EVER! Yes that even includes Johnny Carson!

Students of NAIT & SAIT broadcasting schools & other media take note, David is passing on his microphone. He has laid it down on the table for "a new generation."

Nicely Done Dave,
