We go back to The Diamond State of Delaware to listen to Senator Chris Coons. Chris is promoting the Delaware Adolescent Program Inc. (DAPI) that allows young single mothers to go back to school & complete High School. This will help them get better employment opportunities & be able to make better choices for themselves & their babies &/or youngsters. Chris gives a nice keynote address.
