"To Merge Or Not To Merge: That Is The Question!"

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

December XVIth, MMXIV

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Elbow

Dear Gordon:

Now let me see if I have the players right here Gordo!

I. For political science students, The Hon. Jim Prentice, QC, MLA, Premier, Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Foothills is in talks to merge with Danielle Smith, MLA, Wildrose, Highwood at her behest. I guess she figures Gordie that if she "can't beat 'em, join 'em" & in that scenario she'd be the obvious choice to become the XVIIth Premier & Leader of the Progressive Conservative Association of Alberta when Diamonds R Forever Jim steps down in VIII (8) years or II (2) terms under his term limits IV (4) a leader plan!

     - Plus, she'll save the jobs of Vitor Marciano & William McBeath (Billy McBeef) who can use their raw talents to run the election campaigns of newly minted PC MLAs (wait for it)...into the ground!

A young man also named Billy, Billy Shakespeare said of the merger & ensuring that Gay/Straight Alliances never pass.

"To merge or not to merge, that is the question:
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings & arrows of outrageous fortune,
Or to take arms against a financial sea of troubles,
 And by merging end them?"

"To die, to sleep;
To sleep erchance to dream; ay there's the rub (not the "body rub" parlour Mike Allen, MLA, Progressive Conservative, Fort McMurray-Wood Buffalo.)
The insolence of office & the spurns.
The undiscovered country from the merger is bourn,
Enterprises of great pith & moment.
Thus conscience does make cowards of us all."

Merge Signs Are Stored In The Warehouses Of Alberta Infrastructure Along With Leftover Former Madam Premier Alison M. Redford, QC, Progressive Conservative "Bvilding Alberta" Signs: Just Ask The Hon. Manmeet S. Bhullar, MLA, Minister of Infrastructure, Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Greenway For The Key,

Rory
