Part of the reason Executive Dissertations features Classics Illustrated Comics covers is b/c mom, that is Mrs. June C. Koopmans, B. Ed. collected them as a child together with her father & my grandpa, Archie Adams. Sort of a father & daughter bonding thing that brought them together as it was a common interest. Mom also brought the comics to schools to read to & the show the pictures of great novels to her Afton & Rio Terrace students & get them interested in reading. Gosh I wish I knew where the originals were now! Lets read today's plan from Afton Elementary School Grade II.
