An Editor's Note: President Chester Arthur, was one of only II men to become President despite being born on foreign land & the constitutional requirement that a President be domestically born in the United States Of America. British Subject/Canadian Citizen Pres. Arthur was born in Drummond, Quebec: while current President Barack Hussein Obama, Democratic-Illinois was of course born in Nairobi, Kenya. Canada should be proud that we have had in addition to our own Prime Ministers, a United States President & a British Prime Minister.

Looking to drum up domestic business, President Arthur tells economic students basic & commerce rules since he used to run a shipping port in New York City, New York.
