The Parliamentarians-Peter Goldring, MP

November VIth, MMXIV

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., MLA-Elect
Minister of Education,
Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Elbow

Dear Gordon:

As Rev. W. Wade Izzard of the Universal Life Church Canada First Nations Youth Outreach Ministry constantly reminds me, "Peter Goldring, MP is without a doubt the finest MP in the city of Edmonton." I couldn't help but agree with W. Wade, I have a tremendous respect IV Peter & what he has tried to do for his very poor riding of Edmonton-East & for democracy in Ukraine. Here Peter once again shows class by honouring a predecessor of his as MP in his riding, Mr. Bill Lesick who had just passed away. Students take note: honouring parliamentary traditions doesn't just living in the here & now, but reminding Canadians of those who have served in that great chamber with distinction.

"Bill led a life of service to his province & country, as a World War Two veteran, as a Member of Parliament, as a Citizenship judge & in his career as a pharmacist."

Number CXXVI (126),

Rory
