Jim Hillyer, MP mounts a hill to fight for increased penalties such as jail time for drinking & driving. This seems a rather wise move considering all the children & families that are killed in accidents Canada wide each year. So Jim presents a petition from Alberta residents to the House Of Commons chamber on the matter.

"Mr. Speaker, I am presenting a petition signed by Albertans who call upon the Government Of Canada to increase drinking & driving offences sentences to vehicular manslaughter & other increases & to consider drunk driving a more serious offence."
