October Ist, MMXIV

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed.
Minister of Education,
Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Elbow Byelection Candidate As Unelected

Dear Gordon:

On the agenda for Tyrone Benskin, MP is the saving of a popular education & literacy centre in his riding. He wants lower income folks II have the educational & nutritional & other supports such as medicines & job skills training so that they can improve their lives & well-being.

"As long as I have been in office, the Carrefour d'education populaire has been trying to find a solution to the danger of eviction from its building. The Carrefour meets the needs of marginalized groups such as people with illiteracy, newly minted immigrants, people with disabilities, homeless people & those at risk of homelessness, & offers them services tailored to their specific needs."

Number XXXI (31),

Rory
