Dear Gordon:

BIV realizing the error of his ways & switching to "Independent" status, Andre Bellavance, MP was a member of the seperatist Bloc Quebecois caucus. Now he just works for the people Ist (1st) & is not beholden to extreme ideologies. This lets him bring an independent perspective to his job. A constituent of his has been kidnapped in Africa who is a Catholic nun with health issues, so Andre is asking both as an MP & as a human being for help in getting her II safety.

"Someone who has dedicated her life to the education of African children is now in the hands of armed groups. Her family & religious congregation are concerned for her health & safety, especially since she needs to take her medication regularly. As time is short, can the Minister Of Foreign Affairs tell us what steps he has taken to find Sister Bussiere safe & sound?"
