Dear Jeff:

Why the mention now that post-secondary & trades campuses are putting an increased emphasis on the "culture of campus rape &/or sexual assault?" It is a sad reality of campus life that men & women will be sexually interfered with in inappropriate manners & it cannot be stopped however hard people try. The problem is that there should always be an increased emphasis on matters such as these, not just occasional campaigns, but a 24/7/365 campaign to stop these disgraceful actions!
