Dear Jeff:

A verbal explosion from Sergeant Joe Friday of the Los Angeles Police Department because he cannot get a proper identification match in terms of a clear photo on a young student expected of beating up senior citizens. This despite the fact that the LAPD ID room has pictures of the lad & he has pulled this racket in the past. However, these pictures are not turning out to be clear enough II be a factor. The Sgt. expresses his frustration at the youngster but also can't let him know that the cops don't have him quite nailed cold (at least until proper documented evidence can be obtained.)

"All right now you listen to me boy. You can take this as a warning or a piece of advice, anyway you like. You & your friends keep on playing punk gangsters & we're going to land on you hard! You understand?"
