Dear Jeff:

This is why I like Edmonton Public Library (EPL) branches & other library chains. I've also seen this concept at Vancouver Public Library (VPL), & its unique & smart. EPL is welcoming not just older generations by encouraging seniors II get library cards, but also giving out free library cards & baby welcome packages II family's with new children. By doing this, they'll ensure client loyalty & the fact that a newborn is felt welcome from the day they are born in this study environment. Thus, family's will feel comfortable bringing their babies inII a friendly & positive learning atmosphere & the babies will start taking notice & develop cognition & social skills by being around folks who are happy to have the babies around with their squawking & friendly baby noises.

Baby Pleasantries,

Rory
