Dear Jeff:
Not that any time of the year is good for a school shooting, but here in the month we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, we once again have another crazy nutbar student with a gun. At Arapahoe High School in Centennial, Colorado all b/c he was kicked off a school debate team. The shooter critically injures a fellow student in the head, then turns the gun on himself & blows himself away. All this b/c he was mad at a teacher at the school. I mean hell, why didn't he just come to the school with his family to meet with the debate teacher & see if there was some alternate project he could do such as a paper relating to the debate? Settling things with a friendly chat has arguably got II be better than pulling out a gun wherein folks could be (& were) hurt/killed.
