Dear Jeff:
It truly is a crime that WIN House III, a battered & abuse women's shelter is possibly going to have to shut down. While its a sad indictment that women & their school aged children (or even younger) have to use these shelters in these modern times, or that they even need to exist, they do. It makes me sad to think that these mothers & kids won't have anywhere to go IV safety except back to the residence of their abuser(s.)
