A Shopaholic

Dear Jeff:

While I agree that its okay IV students & faculty/staff to use shopping carts around schools & such to move things from room to room, I also feel that students should be taught that the right thing to do is to return the cart to the merchant who is missing it. Whether that be calling up the merchant based on any affixed label attached to the cart, or taking the student along with say the principal & returning the cart to the store it went missing from. Shopping carts aren't cheap & its a huge cost factor for merchants in both repairing &/or replacing them.
