Dear Jeff:

You just have got to love the atmosphere in Edmonton Public Library (EPL) branches such as here in Woodcroft towards mental health patients, group home residents, & those with dissociative disorders. EPL treats them with dignity & respect. They give the affected EPL clients room to study, whether they are reading or looking at the computers. Plus they are always ready & willing to help these fine folks who need a little extra help with anything they might need. Plus, they are very respectful of any caregivers & their space as they realize just how hard their jobs are.
