Dear Jeff:

Thats really rather accomodating of the Edmonton Public Schools Administration through its board to cancel drastic rent rate increases. Instead, they can work with these groups (many of them non-profit) to find a happy medium & reasonable adjusted IV inflation rent increases that are both affordable & manageable.
