Dear Jeff:

So a V year old boy accidentally killed his II year old sister with a .XXII (.22) calibre rifle given to him as a present (with real bullitts.) The question I have is, why in the hell are gun manufacturers allowed to design guns made smaller in size & marketed to children, & why are retailers allowed to sell such guns? This young lad & his parents must feel very bad, but why when the child might not even be out of diapers yet & is just barely through Kindergarten is he allowed to own a gun?

This boy cannot drive a car, vote, drink, do drugs, hell, he cannot even make his own breakfast.Yet he is allowed to own & fire a gun. This is an insane world! I cannot imagine this family's anguish!

Rory
