Dear Jeff:

A construction crew is working on the extrior concrete fixtures surrounding the JP Branch EPL. One of the II gentleman is a Northern Alberta Institute Of Technology (NAIT) student in the Steamfitter/Pipefitter program, which makes sense b/c of all of the rebar he is installing as a structure to hold said concrete in place. There is no better training than on the job training I say.
