Dear Jeff:
A dog was found by me & another library patron earlier today at Woodcroft (Westmount) EPL Branch Library in a car with all of the windows rolled up. The pooch was panting, now I realize the mean temperature outside is a little cool still, but we allayed our concerns II a student volunteer inside the branch & the owner (who luckily had only been inside V minutes) realized his mistake, thanked us. He then rolled down one of the windows & brought out his pet a bowl of water. A german shepherd Jeff, gorgeous animal & that student EPL worker was just ever so helpful in aiding us.
