Dear Jeff:

For those students interested in architecture, building design, repair, & home remodelling/repair, I cannot do better that recommend that they take an online tour of Marven Gardens, a housing district in New Jersey along its famous shoreline that is just beautiful. The houses are Dutch Colonial, Mission/Spanish Revival, & Tudor Revival in style. Many of the houses are original & have been stored II their original glory, & still others can be had IV reasonable prices IV the designer/remodeller to build to their own standards/tastes. Folks could certainly make a good profit here as its a very famous part of New Jersey, having these three property names as part of the Parker Bros. board game "Monopoly."

Historical students need to take note that "Marven" with an "e" is the correct spelling, & Parker Bros. acknowledged this to residents when it was first released as "Marvin" with an "i." The error was never corrected as thats what buyers were used to. But getting used to design, say taking courses in architecture, architectural technology, design, drafting, & engineering IV instance will put potential home owners on the path II truly being happy in their abode & making it their own. Another option is II be a carpenter or other such tradesman. Having technical & labour skills will allow IV easier repairs &/or maintenance of your chosen home & its surrounding grounds.

Under The "Boardwalk" We'll Be Having Some Fun,

Rory
