Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #203, 8912-156 Street, Edmonton, Alberta T5R 5Z2

February VIIIth, MMXIII

Hon. Jeff Johnson, MLA, Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, Athabasca-Sturgeon-RedH2O

Dear Jeff:

The Honourable Ralph Goodale, LL. B., PC, MP, Liberal, Wascana is quite a great go to fellow. Having at one point been elected to the federal House of Commons at at aged just XXIV, he is an example for youth to follow. Ralph served as provincial Liberal Leader IV the Saskatchewan Liberals, later he also went onto serve as Minister of Agriculture & Agrifood, & other portfolios such as Minister of Finance under successive Liberal Prime Ministers Jean Chretien & Paul Martin.

As a lawyer specializing in agricultural issues & having been born & raised a farmer, Ralph is really handy b/c he could use his University Of Saskatchewan law degree to make the lives of farmers better throughout his province. This also goes IV their children, who were students at the time Ralph entered politics & are the farmers of the next generation. Yes Ralph is aces for helping farming students & the preservation of the culture of prairie & farming life!

A Member Of Scouts Canada,

Rory
