Dear Jeff:

After the duplicate attacks of shooting in Connecticut, USA & stabbing in China, student safety in terms of windows & access becomes of paramount importance. The windows in schools must have bars & protection at points to prevent intruders. At the same time, they must look inviting from both sides, especially to students looking outward, so that they know they are looking at a school yard in which they can safely be free to roam & play in between their classes.
