Dear Jeff:

Am I correct in assuming that you are making changes to the Education Act with new legislation so quickly b/c of all of the screw ups by the previous Education Minister, & now Deputy Premier/Chief Voter Intimidator Thomas Lukaszuk, MLA? His short tenure in the job must have been terrible, otherwise they wouldn't be having you do such heavy lifting Jeff.
