Dear Jeff:
Teachers Helping Teachers & other websites which feature lesson plans designed by teachers IV other teachers is a great idea. Who else but a fellow teacher could understand the educational game on the ground in getting our youth educated better? By giving the lesson plans out, teachers can then work with them & adapt them in their own way II sort out what points of the plans can help them in their particular classroom setting.
