I have very significant differences with Mayor Stephen Mandel of the City Of Edmonton over the City Centre Airport issue, as well as him giving my tax dollars II a multi-billionaire IV an arena we do not need. However, I must give Steve credit where credit is due. His initiative II hire students as Bylaw Enforcement Officers IV the summer is brave & bold. It will most assuredly teach them about rules, civic governance, as well as respect IV the law.
