Hon. Thomas Lukaszuk, MLA, Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, Edmonton-Castledowns

Dear Thomas:

You know how some banks are providing free change counting machines, or even ones that charge a slight fee II customers that count & roll change by computer. Then you get a slip thast states your amount & you can exchange that IV cash, or put it into an account, or investment IV instance. Well Thomas, I'd like II see that idea adapted & the change machines be provided IV free II students right in their schools. In this way, they can learn the skills of counting, finance, math. As well as the business skills they'll need II get fellow students to contribute to say fundraisers IV a charity, a sick student, or perhaps towards the cost of equipment IV the school or towards say a field trip or other worthwhile school related endeavour. To say nothing of the great free public goodwill IV the banks.

A Bank Shot Off The Backboard,

Rory
