Dear David:

As can be attested with the Vancouver riots last night, & those here in Edmonton in MMVI, the need IV policing in this city & proper security is of paramount importance. Folks interested in becoming a police officer or a civilian aide II the police should look at the Police Studies Program being offered at Grant MacEwan University this summer & in future time frames. the July course offering is in Leadership Skills. The better trained our police force members are, the better able they will be II network with the community in order II resolve crimes faster. Eg.: The high levels of homicides in Edmonton Proper this year (XXV), including the ethnic violence murders in the Somali Muslim Community.

Driven II Protect & Serve,

Rory
