Dear David:

Several writers to the Edmonton Journal today state that its not really important IV students IIday II have a High School Diploma. Even one gentleman who has his Ph. D. I totally disagree David. Students with learning dysfunctions who know they will never obtain technical institute, college, or university training need to have that High School Diploma. Having that second High School Diploma & 200 High School Credits gave me the confidence to run for Ward A Public School Board. Yes I lost, but without that IInd Diploma & a Bachelor Of Administration Degree from Athabasca University in between, I would never have gone for public office again. We need II encourage, not discourage High School completion levels to keep on going up.

High Deuce,

Rory
